Ceylon silver tips
Bud-only tea from Sri Lanka, processed as a white tea despite the country’s black-tea reputation. Production is tiny and concentrated in a few high-grown estates, and it exists largely because a handful of producers wanted to prove the island could make something else.
Character
Light, sweet and hay-like, closer to Fujian white tea than to anything else Sri Lanka makes.

No caffeine estimate is authored for this tea. TeaHQ does not infer one from its category, because category predicts caffeine poorly — matcha and gyokuro carry more than many black teas.
