Jin Shan Cui Ya
A Jiangsu green tea from the Zhenjiang area, made from flat needle-shaped buds. It is a modern creation from the 1980s rather than a historic tea, developed deliberately to give the province a premium green of its own.

Nutty and clean, closer to Longjing than to anything else, and honest about being a recent invention.
