  • Flash-chilled iced teaTea brewed hot at double strength directly onto ice, so it chills within seconds. The speed is the whole method: aromatic compounds that volatilise away while a hot brew cools slowly are captured instead, giving a far more fragrant iced tea than gradual chilling produces.
