Vessel: Any lidded bottle. The leaf fragments are small and downy and a fine mesh or a second pour-through is worth having.
Note: Longer than the light oolong set and with the same leaf load. A heavily oxidised oolong has much less of the volatile floral fraction that cold water lifts quickly and much more of the ripe, honeyed material that comes out slowly, so the curve is flatter and the window is wider. This is one of the few teas that is arguably better cold than hot, because chilling suppresses the sweetness perception that a hot cup of it can carry to the point of cloying.
