The short answer
Malawi is the oldest African tea industry and the least discussed, and the two districts are near enough to each other that the district name is a weaker signal than the factory. What matters for a buyer is whether the lot is CTC for blending or one of the small orthodox productions, and that is a factory-level fact rather than a district-level one.
